William (Bill) Bennett Club Manager. With over 25 years of hospitality and leadership experience, Bill has a proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading successful teams. He will oversee all club house, driving day-to-day success and fostering a culture of teamwork. Previously, Bill has demonstrated his expertise at Sheraton / Marriott in His reputation for genuine Southern Hospitality and numerous industry awards make him an invaluable addition to our team.

As course superintendent at the club, Dan Ochs Jr. boasts a wealth of knowledge and experience in golf course management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy from Mississippi State University, where he majored in golf and sports turf management. Most recently, he was course superintendent for 12 years at Lakewood Golf and Country Club, Tullahoma, Tenn. Before that, he served as first assistant course superintendent for five years at the prestigious Tournament Players Club at Sugarloaf, Duluth, Ga., where the Bell South Classic was played and where the Mitsubishi Classic is now played. In his first job out of college, he was assistant superintendent of construction at Greenscapes, owned by Robert Trent Jones Jr. All of which has aided him and his grounds crew to keep the Charleston course one of the nicest in downstate Illinois.
